At Modifly, the Head of Account Management is responsible for leading the Account Management team, ensuring all projects are on track to be successful. The Head of Account Management is the primary leader of all client accounts through strategic thinking and guidance of the internal teams.

The Head of Account Management naturally excels at relationship building and is an excellent communicator. They are comfortable and confident in presenting new ideas to clients and bridging the gap between Modifly’s creative strategy and the client’s wishes. They provide unmatchable service to Modifly clients, developing long-lasting relationships and offering strategic recommendations, all while internally managing multiple projects and team members. 


  • Oversee the account team, with guidance and support in both client services and Modifly’s best practices
  • Identify growth opportunities for account team members to ensure career continuation with clarity 
  • Build Account Management program and processes, ensuring best practices are being utilized across the organization
  • Move projects forward, both internally and externally, trafficking deliverables and feedback, ensuring the Modifly Account Management team is set for success
  • Balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues 
  • Develop contracts and design innovative strategies to best meet and exceed program objectives for assigned accounts
  • Build strong relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure all projects are meeting program outcomes while exceeding client expectations
  • Ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach of both client and agency
  • Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work for the broader initiative
  • Help identify opportunities and goals for clients, providing strategic recommendations to help grow their business


  • 6+ years project management and/or account management experience
  • Agency and media experience is a must
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Expertly organized 
  • Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, utilizing and sharing multiple resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, passionate and willing to continuously learn 
  • Effective presentation, negotiation, leadership skills
