Motion Designers at Modifly contribute to the design process from conception to completion for client work including social media stories, posts, collateral, web, and campaign design. They will collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to execute on multiple projects simultaneously to meet and even exceed client needs. In all his/her work, they will ensure strategic, people-centric, bold, thoughtful, and detail-oriented design that solves client challenges in order to meet business outcomes.

In your role, you will report to the creative lead and account directors, who will drive the strategy and direction for the creative and design team. You will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute top quality designs across multiple channels, primarily for social media
  • Suggest strategies and design elements for different client needs
  • Ability to multitask several projects and meet deadlines
  • Enhance static design to increase engagement and results in paid media efforts
  • Create style and tone of communication for projects
  • Deliver final motion files and production ready assets
  • A high level of mastery of After Effects, Figma, Photoshop. As well as the Google Suite, Slack and Microsoft Office Suite.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Creative, out-of-the box, detail oriented, flexible.
  • Experience in an agency or in-house creative team.  
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite (mainly aftereffects)
  • Possesses a high level of problem-solving ability in order to develop the solutions needed to address clients needs.
  • Ability to create high-quality work with quick turnarounds.
  • Professional and personal integrity.
  • Portfolio of relevant work experience focused on both motion graphics and graphic design.
  • A solid working knowledge (and tons of passion) for social media and the digital environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
  • Inquisitive nature with the ability to ask questions and push your work
  • Ability to design pitch decks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Follow through and ownership of getting a job completed on time and in-budget even in with tight deadlines.
