CHALLENGE

 

In mid 2018 Regents Pizzeria the largest Pizza company in San Diego started to see that there customers were the same ones every time. They couldn’t figure out what was causing a very high number of the same customers to return but never a lot of new ones. With this in mind Regents and Modifly teamed up to work on an awareness campaign. This campaign was purely organic .

SOLUTION

Modifly’s solution to gaining more awareness within the San Diego community was to drive new followers to a highly curated Instagram page with outstanding content that would capture new followers and retain old ones. In addition to this we had contests featuring organic posts from customers who posted on there story once a month. We drove this audience with Modware while focusing on a very specific demographic.

RESULT

From Modware we were able to drive over 22,000 new followers within 6 months and Regents has now seen an average monthly increase of 7%.
